Our cottage consists of three bedrooms – one with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the third with a small double with single bunk above (suited for children). A cot is available on request. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

An open plan living room/dining room/kitchen with patio doors opens onto the rear patio area where seating and the hot tub is located. The property has modern double glazing and oil fired central heating.  The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and contemporary. There is also a utility room with sink and base units where the washing machine is located and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside there is private parking on the driveway, a large timber garage/ store where the dart board and tumble dryer is located and a very large enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs to play. Seating is located at the rear patio along with dining provision. Secured outside storage for cycles etc.

We do accept well behaved dogs (2 maximum). Please bring your dog’s bed with you. They will enjoy the walks into Fetteresso Forest – it’s a great run for them and a good walk for you too!
